Berlinger v. Chevron Appellate Hearing Held Yesterday, 7/14; Decision Pending

As many of you may know, our full appellate hearing to protect roughly 600 hours of CRUDE footage and defend our First Amendment rights against the Chevron Corp. subpoena was held yesterday in front of a three-judge panel of the the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
